Wilders Is Back Against Islam

The Dutch cabinet is concerned about the possible reactions to a provocative television film on the Koran that Geert Wilders is working on. "The ministers of justice and home affairs have reportedly pointed out the risks of the film project to Wilders, the leader of Freedom Party PVV, during a talk," it is reported.

For some people, it seems that the freedom of speech is gradually turning into an unjustified right to insult other people. Not only Muslims, but also Christians or, let's say, homosexuals too.

I don't know who will gain what if this TV film is broadcasted and I feel that it would be as artistically dull as what director Theo Van Gogh had once produced. I guess that the sane members of the Dutch cabinet have felt the same way and decided to react.

Though if the movie is not rubbish and it would be really serving to the universal aestethics of Art, then let it come, I would say.

But what can you expect from a racist, Islamophobiac politician?
