And they prove this loyalty with the headscarves of their wives, now an emblem of political alignment, and the number of their children, which must be more than three.

"Celal Sevencan was born in Trabzon, Of, 1954. After completing his elementary education in 1975, he entered to Samsun Islam Institute and graduated in 1981.
Sevencan started his first profession as a teacher at Bitlis Central Atatürk Elementary School. He worked as a teacher, deputy head administrator, administrator at various schools. He was nominated as Samsun Tekkeköy District Municipality Mayor from Welfare Party in the local elections of 1994.
