And They Abuse Religion, Too

With the latest post, I tried to show how some Turkish celebrities, like many politicians, abuse patriotism/nationalism.

And the following video shows that they also use religion for their own ends. (Like many politicians, again.)

Here is the star of the famous (or the infamous) Valley of the Wolves series.

When he participates in the funeral of one of his actor friends, our star is surrounded by his fans. He is clever enough to call for a prayer and gets away after his fans start to pray.

Priceless.
